How do I remove an item?
Click the red “×” button next to the item you want to remove. You need at least one item on the invoice.
How do I download the invoice as PDF?
Click the “Download PDF” button. The system will generate a professional PDF file that you can save to your computer or email to clients.
Can I print the invoice directly?
Yes, click the “Print Invoice” button. This will open your browser’s print dialog with the invoice formatted perfectly for printing.
Does it work on mobile phones?

Are my invoices saved anywhere?
No, all work happens in your browser. We don’t store any of your invoice data on our servers. If you refresh the page, you’ll need to start over, so be sure to download your invoice when complete.

No, we never see or store your invoice data. Once you download or print, you have the only copy.
Why isn’t my PDF downloading?
Check if you have pop-up blockers enabled. Some browsers block PDF downloads as pop-ups. Also ensure you have permission to download files on your device.
The preview isn’t updating – what should I do?
Click the “Update Invoice” button to refresh the preview. Also check that all required fields (marked with *) are filled in.
Can I use special characters in descriptions?
Yes, you can use most special characters. However, for best results with PDF generation, stick to standard letters, numbers, and basic punctuation.
What if I need to invoice in a different currency?
Currently, the generator only supports NZD. All amounts are formatted as New Zealand dollars.
Can I save my business details for next time?
The generator doesn’t have a save feature, but you can:
